One of our certified fitness trainers will design an online training program specifically for YOU. No template plans. Your plan is built based on your extensive individual profile, for example age, fitness level, goals, available equipment as medical history (plus many more...)
We utilize the extensive profile you provide to develop your customized program. so that you are always doing exercises that are suited to your needs, fitness levels and . We design programs for all fitness levels, for working out anywhere (home, gym, or on the road), and for use with a variety of exercise equipment or even no equipment at all.
Weights offers a number of packages suited for all budgets. If you do not feel any of the packages below meet your needs, please let us know and we would be happy to discuss a custom package

Signing up for Online fitness training alone does not class you as a "Weights client".

     
Payment formats include paypal, cash (in person - DO NOT MAIL CASH) or cheque.
You will be contacted by Weights upon receipt of payment to configure your online locker.
