Complementing Bryan’s expertise and professional approach to physical fitness is the breadth and depth of his nutritional wisdom. The marriage of his professional background in fitness and his training as a chef took Bryan from not only creating excellent meals and meal plans, but also the point of developing and producing a complete lineup of healthy high protein / low carbohydrate foods of uncompromising quality.
