You can explore your unlimited yogic potential in this one hour non-intimidating, non-judgmental, no pressure yoga class with those others who are in your same shoes (no shoes necessary in yoga class anyway).

You do not need any yoga experience to enjoy yoga. It is just a relaxing and gentle physical experience which consists of a lot of breathing, stretching and a little bit of physical strength training. Everyone works within his/her own ability, physical and mindful.

By practicing yoga, you will gain strength, flexibility, stability, physical awareness, mental focus, just to name a few. And most of all, you will achieve pleasure and appreciation in your own way.

I believe in karma. I believe that the energy you give out (positive or negative, you will receive the same thing in return. I believe in helping people to achieve their own goals in their own paces. In return, people help me from discovering more about myself.

Through my art therapy and fitness training in the past years, I have helped many individuals in stepping towards their personal destinations and breaking through personal boundaries. As well, through the practice of yoga, I believe I could reach others on a mind-body level in the long process of self-realization.

I believe yoga practice is a long journey. Come and experience with me in this basic yoga class. We will all learn from each other at our own paces. I believe you can do it.
